Merit Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that Matt Bryant has joined the firm as a Principal Broker, bringing with him over 30 years of hands-on experience in real estate development, construction, and investment.

Matt’s background offers a rare combination of practical field knowledge and strategic investment insight, making him a strong addition to the Merit team and a valuable resource for clients seeking long-term, well-structured real estate opportunities.

Matt's background involves having founded and operated Riverdell Construction for 30 years, developing many high-end custom estates. Throughout his career, Matt has been deeply involved in all phases of real estate - from ground-up development and construction to acquisition, repositioning, and asset management. As the founder of a high-end construction company, he built a reputation for delivering quality-driven projects with lasting value. In parallel, he has spent more than 15 years actively investing in real estate, giving him a personal understanding of what it takes to identify, improve, and hold assets that perform over time.

At Merit, Matt’s focus is centered on investment-oriented real estate, including value-add acquisitions, income-producing properties, & development opportunities. He works closely with investors, owners, and tenants to uncover opportunities that align with both immediate goals and long-term wealth-building strategies.

Whether it’s skiing and snow biking in the winter, or hiking, rafting, and dirt biking in the warmer months, he stays active year-round. He also enjoys hunting, scuba diving, and spending time with family at their lake cabin.
