MEDFORD, OR and HUNT VALLEY, MD - Sinclair Broadcast Group, a multi-billion dollar publicly traded company, exclusively listed the iconic Mail Tribune buildings with Scott King and Caspian Hoehne of Merit Commercial Real Estate.
The Mail Tribune was the region's flagship newspaper and media company, with roots dating back to the 1880s. The 30,000 square foot former headquarters building was an icon of the 1990s, with the expansive chrome entry giving a glimpse into the golden days of the paper.
Just across the street, the former production facility used to house a 4-story printing press - until it was dismantled by hand over a 6-month cleanout process. Both buildings have seen extensive demand, and are expected to sell quickly. The brokers say: "Bring your ideas!"
111 North Fir Street (the eclectic office building) is listed for $3,800,000, and $3,100,000 will get you the production facility across the street at 33 North Fir Street.
